- Bidders will need to register to receive a bid number which is free.

- All items are to be considered sold "As Is Where Is", and lie at the purchaser's risk immediately.

- The items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to condition, identity and authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.

- After winning the bid, the purchaser becomes the new owner of the item, even though he/she may not have paid for the item yet.  The item becomes the full responsibility of the buyer and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage.  Buyers should guard their items accordingly.

- In all cases of a dispute the Auctioneer's decision is final.

- Our staff is always available to answer any and all questions.

- If you can't make the auction or stay, we accept absentee bids.  The auction house will bid on behalf of you.

- Most Importantly, We provide our consignors with strict confidentiality.

- We will set your consignments up at the auction house, advertise on the internet with photos and advertise in the local papers.

- We strive to do our very best to make sure you are happy with your auction results.

- We pay our consignors within 10 days.

- We have our own auction center which has a well established customer base.

- We try to live by the money quote: "The more we make for you, the more we make!"
